For over 41 years our company's founder has been assisting employers with their benefit needs. Rick Patrick has assisted employers in the selection, understanding and communication of employee benefits over his career and those same principles and values are being continued at Patrick Consulting Group and their various divisions.
Patrick Consulting Group was started in 2005 as the result of a need being expressed by area employers throughout southern Ohio. The company started in strictly a Consulting capacity and moved quickly into the Brokerage and Administration arenas.
The company today has expanded to include services in not only the Consulting, Benefit Brokerage and Administration areas but to also include Trust Administration providing services to special needs families (Special Needs Trusts) as well individuals requiring establishment of Medicare Set-aside Trusts as the result of various types of settlements. We specialize in the areas of Trust Development, Care Management Services, Custodial Services and Medical Claims Payment processing and reporting.
The company is currently considering the transition to a multi-level self insurance administrator as well as the addition of Retirement Plan Administration & a full compliment of Branded Discount Programs.
